Shana is a self-care coach and massage therapist, professor, runner, wife and mom. At her core, she is a teacher who helps women meet their goals by taking better care of themselves.

Shana’s training includes massage therapy, self-care and body awareness practices. She conducts ongoing research in the ways the mind and body are connected, learning from loved ones, life experiences and from her business coaches. She has learned to stop, breathe and listen to what her body might be telling her about how to deal with stress and difficult decisions in business and life. Through what she’s learned, she’s created programs and retreats that help her clients discover the same self-care so they can accomplish and enjoy more.

Shana provides support, accountability and action plans to help clients become better listeners to their body and instincts in order to foster a pattern of better self-care in life. This work takes care of your best asset—YOU—by helping you create de-stressed and empowered living.

Self care isn’t selfish

Actionables from Shana’s interview:

Be clear on your business vision. Continually pull back and ask yourself, ‘Is this in line with what I want my business to be?’ But don’t be afraid to expand into areas that may seem uncomfortable as they may end up being the best part of your growth journey.
