I’m am all about helping professionals be successful delivering their knowledge and expertise.
My entire career has centered around helping people improve their performance, communication and leadership skills using tools to promote effective facilitation and learning. Simply put, I help take your knowledge, package it into a virtual (and even an in-person) offering that has the highest impact possible and makes people crave more of your expertise.
There is a formula to facilitating your audience’s learning, engagement and implementation of your value, whether you’re doing it virtually or in person. However, I find time and time again that there are so many amazing experts who struggle making their programs successful.
I’ve figured out the formula for how to do this successfully. It was inspired through a unique combination of my strengths: customer experience and adult education. I’ve had many years working in the hospitality industry as well as designing programs for professionals. I’ve since designed an innovative approach that leverages my knowledge of instructional design disciplines that enables me to do the work I do today.
It’s not easy taking what you know and delivering it through a program that transforms people on multiple levels. We know what we know, but we don’t teach it well to others because we’re not equipped with the necessary skills to facilitate, organize and present content in a way that creates high success rates for our participants.
